What is the standard for the amount of urine you need to urinate at one time?: The standard differs from one manufacturer to another, but generally speaking, the standard is between 120 and 180 ml per urination. We assume that the amount of urination is 150ml per urination session and indicate the number of times it is absorbed based on our measurement method.

Where can I buy adult diapers "Maya"?: This product is available at drugstores and pharmacies across the country. However, depending on the area, there may be no stores that carry it. If your local store does not carry it, please contact the Head Office Sales Department of Toyo Tokushi.

Are the polymeric materials (water absorbent polymers) in disposable diapers harmful?: Acute toxicity tests have confirmed a "virtually harmless level". There is no concern if it comes into direct contact with the skin. However, if a large amount of the product is ingested or is stuck in the throat, scrape the substance out of the mouth and consult a doctor as soon as possible. Also, if there is urine or feces on the product, it may be a hygiene problem. Consult your doctor immediately.

Are adult diapers "Maya" made in Japan?: We manufacture all of our adult diapers "Maya" at our factory in Japan.

What is a cross-like?: A cloth-like breathable sheet is used for the back sheet of the diaper. The back sheet does not allow moisture to pass through, but only vapor can pass through with micro holes, which reduces dampness.

How should I dispose of used diapers?: The rules may differ depending on the area you live in. Please dispose of used disposable diapers according to the rules of your local government.

Do the diapers have an expiration date?: There is no expiration date. However, we recommend that you store it away from high temperatures, high humidity and direct sunlight.

What types of the diapers are available?: Our adult diapers ''Maya'' are available in types: pants type, tape-taped type, pad type and flat type. For details, please refer to the "Product Lineup".

I had diaper leaks. What can I do to improve it?: There are two main causes of diaper leaking: either the diaper is not the right size for your body, or you have produced more urine than the total absorption of the diaper. If you have diaper leaks, is the diaper the right size for your body? Is the user urinating more than the performance of the diaper? Please confirm.

Can I repeat the use of disposable diapers?: We recommend that you do not reuse this product. It may cause hygiene problems.

Can I cut off the diapers?: If you cut the diaper, the pulp and water absorbent material (water-absorbent polymer) in the diaper will spill out, making it impossible for the diaper to perform its intended function. Please do not cut the diaper.

Can I use the pad type diapers on their own?: It is possible to use this product, but it is recommended to use it with taping type, pants type, and cloth pants that stick to the skin.
